North Carolina’s Largest Aquatic Festival

Founded in 2002 by a group of five coral aquaculturists, Sustainable Reef soon evolved to include expositions for the reef industry. It began its first venture with ReefSMART in 2009, and the TRF Swaps are now held tri-annually. In 2023 we are excited to add The Aquatic Expo in Charlotte, NC’s first large-scale two-day expo which is a joint effort of CAE (Carolina Aquatic Expo) and ReefSmart.  Learn More
